Achilles insatiable appetite for death was manifested when the Greeks invaded Troy his almost invincibility in combat caused many Trojan wives, mothers, and sisters without their husbands, sons, and brothers. Even his own cousin, Patroclus looked up to him as his hero, followed his footsteps in war resulting in his death in the hands of hector, whom hector thought otherwise that it was Achilles he was fighting. With that, the fight between Achilles and Hector is more of a personal vendetta for Achilles, for no honor was given to Hector after slaying him. When the Greeks finally entered Troy, they indulge themselves to unrestricted killings, burnings of the once magnificent city of troy. For the Greeks is to erased any memories, monuments that a city of Troy once existed.
War is inevitable. War can end human kind. We cant stop war from happening.
